Most OpenID providers and relying parties in Korea got together, and are collaborating to boost OpenID adoption in Korean market.

They've just started a promotion at http://openid.daum.net/event, and made  press releases about it. Winners could get laptop, iPod touches, Nintento DSLs, Iriver mp3 players, mini umbrellas, etc.

The promotion will be held from Feb 13 to 29, and it is expected that tens of thousands of new OpenID users are increasing thanks to this promotion.

We hope that much more people recognize what OpenID is, and why it is good and useful for them.

IDtail : OpenID-based Social Network Service by AhnLab
Daum OpenID : OpenID which is provided by 2nd biggest portal in Korea, Daum.
MyID : 1st OpenID provider in Korea NCSoft's Openmaru studio.
